Hello and welcome.

RBC meets together for family Sunday school at 9:00am and church at 10:00am.

We also meet Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm.

At 9:00am in Sunday school we are in a short series on the real Moses, the real David, the real Isaiah, the real Jeremiah, the real Paul, the real you, and the real Jesus.  The study is about being the genuine you before God and the world.

At 10:00am on Sundays we are going through the book of Hebrews which presents Jesus as our Great High Priest.

We have nursery/toddlers up to 3 years old for all services and Children’s Church for ages 3-7 during Sunday morning church. The kiddos are in big church at the beginning for and singing and then are dismissed to Children’s Church.

On Wednesday evenings at 6:30pm we are reading aloud through the book of Genesis. 1-4 chapters are read with breaks at each section and with guided comments, questions, and discussion. All ages are very welcome though right now we do not have age specific ministries for the kids.

The Sunday service is live-streamed on our FaceBook page; https://www.facebook.com/rbcowasso/

You do not need a FaceBook account to watch the broadcast. Just go to our FaceBook page, decline to log in, and you will have complete access to the page and broadcast.

About Us

We teach and preach through God’s word and we endeavor to live according to the two greatest commandments, to love God and others, Matthew 22:36-40.

We talk about theology, biblical detail, and the bible’s relevance for everyday living. But, we don’t just teach content, data, and concepts. We teach gospel doctrine with the goal of knowing and glorifying God and of living a loving gospel culture.

Our rules for life are the two greatest commandments, and nothing more.
Since God did not add a list of do’s and don’ts or cultural expectations to these commandments then neither do we.

Galatians 5:13-14, For you were called to freedom, brothers. Only do not use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. For the whole law is fulfilled in one word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

Romans 13:8-10, Owe no one anything, except to love each other, for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. For the commandments, “You shall not commit adultery, You shall not murder, You shall not steal, You shall not covet,” and any other commandment, are summed up in this word: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no wrong to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfilling of the law.

As we love God better we will sin against Him less and follow and serve Him more.
The same is true of our love for people. As we love each other better we will sin against each other less and instead love and serve God’s people and the world more.

The world, and other believers, will know we belong to God by the love we live, John 13:35.
